I had 3 scans from 3 doctors, results were 6.9kpa 3.5kpa and 5.01kpa. Can I still have cirrhosis?

The first was done with share wave elastography

Based on provided results I think is highly unlikely. What was the reason of all these tests? Any indications or factors you suspect liver disease?

Alcohol. And ct scan showed mild heterogenity.

I see. Please follow your hepatologist. I would not worry too much if I were you. Good luck.

But if Ct picked up something, there must be something. I had 3 ultrasounds after that, all were fine

I think "mild heterogeneity" is not enough to diagnose serious liver issue. It is some finding that maybe need some futher tests (which I think you have already had). Please ask hepatologist for all your doubts. Your doctor has all your medical history and is the best option to ask.

I read about people with very low kap who obviously present with cirrhosis symptoms, so I am not convinced elastohraphy is good at rulling out cirrhosis as it claims to be..

It is better to rule out than to confirm according to statistics. But of course no test is 100% perfect.
