Welcome to the forum. Katie has already covered the basics and thats pretty much is just about it.

Many people have concerns or uncertainties when faced with a possible liver disease diagnosis. So by sharing our own experiences we can hopefully help ease some of those concerns. We're not here to provide medical advice, indeed its against forum rules to do so and for good reason. However, sharing experience is how we help others that have concerns.

Welcome. I have found this forum invaluable. It’s a great source of advice and support. I’ve learnt loads on here and have also felt very supported when I was worried about anything. I have cirrhosis, diagnosed in March 21. Others have explained how it works…I’m sure you will find it helpful.
