Had labs about a year ago and all was perfectly normal. I drank a bit heavily in the pandemic but have since slowed down and stoped completely this month. Anxiety is though the roof. No family history of liver issues, or pain or other symptoms to note of. Appreciate any advice, I’ll be seeing my doctor for a regular physical this month.

spider nevi?
Hi John, it's actually against forum rules to post photographs for comment since photos reproduce poorly on screen plus none of us are actually qualified to confirm anything.
A spider naevi though usually has a main central body with legs going off (like a spider). There are also spider/thread veins which are not generally liver related.
If you are in anyway concerned about your liver you should see your doctor for some basic tests.

Hi, This is definitely a great puzzle. 🙂 It's difficult to determine even a part of the body. If you have stopped drinking alcohol, then continue to do so, as even the most normal blood tests and scans may not show anything even with severe liver disease. In this case, you will be in a state of imaginary well-being and the doctors will only slap you on the shoulder and assure you that everything is in order with you. In my case, this was exactly the case. If you don't have symptoms then you should just give up alcohol completely and lead a healthy lifestyle. A healthy diet and lifestyle are key to slowing the progression of liver disease.
that’s what I’m doing. I’m 33 and have only really been drinking for 10 years (only recently anywhere near heavy). Been two weeks without and I feel great. Thanks for the note, I don’t think it looks worrisome either but anxiety gets the best of me. Every pimple and dot has driven me mad lately.
