Hey I’m only 19 and don’t drink any alcohol at all and I feel like my eyes look yellow is this just me overthinking?

Hi Dylan, it's actually against the forum guidelines to post photos for comment. No one here is qualified to say yes or no plus photos reproduce so badly on screen that it is impossible to tell.

If you have any concern about possible jaundice (yellowing) you should see your doctor and have them take a look in proper light plus a set of simple blood tests can tell you whether there is anything to be concerned about. Jaundice occurs when there is too much bilirubin in your blood so a very simple blood test can tell doctors that.

Get a quick check up with your doctor just to reassure you.

it is worth adding that there are medical conditions that can cause fluctuations in billiruben that are not liver failure and not serious so the sooner you get checked out the sooner your mind can be put at rest
