Prickly pains in abdomen

Hi everybody, I'm back again.

Don't know if anyone can help with this.

I have ARLD, cirrhosis, early stages it seems.

Three small columns of oesophageal varices and moderately severe portal hypertensive gastritis were found during my gastroscopy on 26th May.

I've been having strange prickly pains in my abdomen for a few weeks now. They're not bad enough for me to bother the GP or Consultant but I was wondering if anybody else had them or knows what causes them.
