Try to stay calm Nala it could be anything. Have you been working hard or rushing around, exercising maybe. If your blood's are a little high or blood pressure a little low. This can cause some fatigue and over thinking (worrying, anxiety) things making the brain need a rest. Wait positively until you get the results and you can have piece of mind....Danny x

I know you work in catering (fantastic memory) you used to eat on the run. Grab something from work as you carried on. Have you stuck to having a break now while eating? While you're off work, try and have a day of doing nothing and a day of fresh air. Telephonetapper and kji told me about breathing exercises (I thought wtf) and it does chill you out. Enjoy your days off..... Danny x

Do you take Vitamin D capsules? My Gastro Consultant recommended them 5 years ago as I was lethargic. I had a blood test showing low vit.D levels. So had a high dose prescribed. Look on British Liver Foundation site for healthy eating regime, which may help. I wish you well.

My FBC do not include a vitamin D deficiency test. Maybe check with GP. Hope all goes well for you.
