Alcoholic experiencing liver tenderness and random pains yet ultrasound and bloods do not indicate cirrhosis.

I’ve had shoulder pain, random liver pains and occasionally my lower right rib cage is tender to even touch. I explained my concerns to my doctor, had blood screening and full abdominal ultrasound, gallbladder, liver, kidneys, aorta etc we’re all within the norm, the spleen slightly on the large side but still within the normal range. The random pains are continuing. I’m not drinking. Is it possible for advanced cirrhosis to be missed? Should I push for more testing or relax at this point?

Wondering if you have found out anything? I have the same pains and I’ve had every test even biopsy that came back negative.
