you probably need to contact your doctor.
Nothing to get too worried about until you see your doctor for an explanation.
Key word is mildly - just means some slight change to the liver structure/texture. If it were homogenous it would be the same all the way through whereas heterogenous means there is some differences in the liver appearance.
Again to re-iterate nothing to get too worried about and hopefully you have a follow up to explain the scan report better.
