Hi Jaja. Any form of exercise you can do will help towards weightloss along with a healthy low fat diet. If you are new to exercise walking is a great way to start. As you become fitter you may want to increase the amount and type of exercise you'd like to do. Weight bearing exercise burns more calories whereas aerobic such as running, power walking and cycling get your lungs working and your heart pumping. There are many great DVDs available to purchase online to do at home. The ones l recommend are Kathy Smith and Kelly Coffey Meyer. They have beginner right up to advanced levels using dumbels and kettlebells etc. If you need any help deciding which one's right for you, feel free to give me a shout .

Hi, I do 30 mins on a cross trainer and Joanna sohs weights workout, 30 mins on youtube, free. I lost 3.5 stone as well as eating healthily.
Laura is the expert though!
