Anxiety constantly checking

Well I’ll explain a little bit… binge drank since 16… working magaluff 18-24 drank alot… then only on weekends but a lot on a weekend now it’s 5 days out off 7!! I have legs full off bruises when I wake up after a binge.. I mean I can’t remember doing them but I’m dosey when I’m sober… so scared I have really damaged my liver, I hat the worst fear over blood tests as in it makes me physically sick
