Hi peeps hope all keeping well for the first time in months my bloods are raising again

10 days ago alt 43 gamma 106 then started with all over itching bloods Friday came back as alt 85 gamma 108

What i want to know is how the alt as double in 10days also I’m still dry Had a mrcp private 30 June came back normal so doc as booked me in for another ultrasound 3-4 weeks for now for the raising tests any thoughts guys

ALT can fluctuate greatly, even in the same day.
