Ultrasound Result after Elevated ALP

I got my US result this morning and it states that Liver is slightly echogenic possibly due to fatty infiltration. My family doctor thinks it is a fatty liver but I should get a second opinion from specialist. I have scheduled an appointment with gastro on August 24th which is the earliest they have. ALP in the most recent blood work is 172 and it was at 130 in December. ALT and AST are in normal range so I will continue to abstain from alcohol and continue eating health with no extra added sugars....!
