Hi Mary. I'd wait to speak to your doctor or dietician as we were told not to use one over another. It depends on what your specific needs are. Hope you feel better soon, K 😊

PS We had a telephone appointment with the dietician so maybe you could call them to speed things up 😊

My husband's were prescribed by his specialist

Hi, I use prescribed aymes powder shakes, vanilla but before that I used the bottles of high protein easily available plastic bottle milkshakes and arla 25% yoghurts, all pricey but liver nurse stated high protein during the day, and a carbs snack before bed like shreddies or toast etc to feed your liver while you sleep as liver needs carbs before bed to feed it so it can work overnight xxx hope this helps. Hi Sexy1971

Sunflowerblues is right. I would wait till your told which ones are suited for your situation & needs. They do help a great deal & yes, eat before sleep so your body has food to munch on through the night rather than your muscles! Best wishes. FGirl
