My mother has hcc and she is on Lenvima for 7 month. Most of the appt were over the phone this month I requested a copy of CT and I was shocked she has more nodules on the abdominal wall and omentum. I don't know what to do i don't want do I m looking to give her alternative medicines. Any suggestions? Thank you

We would suggest that your mum, and you, speak to her doctors as soon as possible for full interpretation of the scan and a discussion of what the results means and what to do next.
We would suggest to be VERY cautious about starting any alternative or complementary medicines without firstly discussing with the medical consultant in charge of your mums care. There has not been enough clinical research into the safety or effectiveness of many of these products and they could potentially worsen her health.
