Pain in right side under rib and round back. Please help?

Hello. I do not have a condition that l am aware of at all however l am experiencing pain in my left right side under ribs and also it feels like burning and sharp, griping hard to explain but it hurts. It goes to the back too. It's when l walk or if I move the wrong way. Not after food or drink.

I don't drink or smoke never have .

I'm 47 lady who takes topirimate for migraine and HRT that's it. Could this be liver?

It's impossible for any of us to say, your best bet would be to go and see your GP and explain symptoms and get some tests done. There are other organs in that vicinity so things like gall bladder, liver, pancreas , bowel issues or even muscular or inflammatory stuff would need examining. Only a doctor will be able to advise further really.
