Hi Charlie

I'm no medical expert but I did have a pain under my right rib for years but also pains in my back and side and towards my stomach!

My scan revealed my gallbladder was full on stones and was removed successfully in 2015.

Two years later the pain returned under my right rib and further investigations have been carried out over the last 6 months and nothing was found! However it was recommended that I eat healthy as my bloods were not right at the time !

I cut out all fatty rich foods and started eating healthy and have now lost 3 stone. The pain under my right rib has now gone way and my energy level is amazing!

All I'm saying is dont worry to much right now about your pain as eating healthy may help relieve your symptoms a little.

If you like a drink then I suggest you either cut the amount down you stop drinking all together if you have any concerns about your liver!

Take care and keep in touch and keep me updated on your scans! My fingers are crossed theres nothing to worry about !

Hi, i am no medical expert, but i went to hospital and they suspected, so was referred to my local hospital and it turned out to be pancreatitis! I think you may need to go to your GP for a scan referral! Hope this helps!!

Wishing you all the very best!!😉

Thank you for the reply. I’m being scanned on Tuesday. Loads of bloods taken in July. Apparently they’ll get in touch if need be after the scans.

Hi Charlie. I hope that all goes well for you Tuesday. It's difficult for anyone to offer any comment on your health as there is no diagnosis as yet. I would suggest that you live as healthily as you can while you are waiting for your diagnosis because doing that can only help. Best wishes. Alf
