upper tummy pain

looking to see if anyone has experienced my symptoms as its driving me mad now and so painful. I have pain in my tummy right under my breast bone, it feels like im going to be sick constantly, also woke up the other morning with neck pain and at top of my back. The pain has now travelled to my lower back and terrible dioreah, ive been sweating constantly, especially when I'm out and about, have to come home as I'm just not feeling good. I have been scared for gallstones before with similar symptoms but its defo worse this time and can actually feel infection in my body if that makes sense, been putting off going to the doctors because I've had similar before but have never gotten anywhere with it and feel like a pest but this time I'm really struggling, have 3 kids and its needing resolved now, any advice would help thank you

No I haven’t at all. I do have gallstones and have experienced the pain but not like you are experiencing at all. I think you definitely need to go and get checked. With the nausea and sweating it sounds like you might have picked up a nasty bug. I hope it turns out to be something that the doc can sort very quickly for you
