Good news

I wrote on here a week ago with a confusing doctors note and didn’t understand why my bf who is class c was not getting HCC surveillance.

He’s had a talk with the liver specialist. January admittance said he was class C. He’s shown sobriety for 6 months and admitted May to hospital for ketoacidosis. Blood tests then have come back as class A. I’m so happy and relieved and now frantically finding jobs round the house he has no excuse to shirk now 😆

Thank you to everyone who responded to my first post. You will never know the comfort it gave and the courage to chase up the specialist. Special thanks to Jane, a wonderful woman and now a friend

Thank you. I shall do. He said he would really like to celebrate with a cider but settled for cheese and onion crisps instead. I think he knows that if he drank again, I’d kill him before his liver did
