Heavy heart

It is with a heavy heart that I write this. Firstly I want to thank all who have offered guidance, support and suggestions when I have asked for help supporting my Mum. Sadly she has passed away unexpectedly today. She has not really been right since Christmas and tests to find out what was causing her infections on top of her diagnosis of cirrhosis have been put on hold because of Covid 19. In the last week she has got weaker and today she became unresponsive and passed away 💔

Dear friendlyleo, I am so sorry to read this. I lost my Mum in December and then my husband in February during his transplant operation.

It is such a sad and heartbreaking time and you have the added complication and wait that Covid brings.

I know just how you are feeling. In losing my Mum, I lost my friend too. 5 years on l still miss her every day. I'm so sorry you've lost yours. She was the 1st person you ever knew. Treasure the happy times you spent with her to help you through the tough ones. 💔
