Hi hope your all keeping well

2years today I had that phone call that changed my life.

A lot has happened since and it’s all good,I recovered extremely well (once off the prednisone)was back at work within 4 months and married the most amazing women I know so life is pretty good.

Of course I didn’t do this alone,I had my incredible donor who’s family will know this day for very different reasons 🙏,the doctors and nurses at addenbrookes NHS,family & friends and of course this site,I give you all a massive THANKYOU

What great news, my 2nd anniversary was in march.

I to have had a good two years, not as exciting as yours!

We all share our thoughts and thanks to our donors who gave us our lives back

I can tell you that now, since I finally got the diagnosis to the debilitating pain in my throat that has caused all sorts of terrible problems for nearly 2 and 1/2 years , including anxiety disorder which led me to this site. An oral surgeon took me seriously and, with her decades of experience, intelligence and above all hard work and will to heal me, found the cause, an extremely rare disease which can be easily treated. Three ENT doctors including a professor just sent me away with a mouthwash/throat spray, an neurolgist got me on happy pills.

Tuesday I get the treatment
