Multigrain and toasted sesame seeded crackers

Anyone know if these type of crackers cause upset stomachs, I have AIH and can’t find out anywhere, anyone had this happen after eating this sort of thing

I have diverticulitis and the seeds get caught in the little pockets. . I do hope you are ok, I also have IBS amongst many other conditions.. love and hugs Lynne xxxx 😘

I always eat crackers and love the multi seed ones I have ibs and they have never caused me any problems.... What are you having on them??

I wonder if it could be that, I’ve had the full fat version and then alternating to the lightest version

It's more likely to be the philadelphia than the crackers x

Just a suggestion use normal low fat cheese or cottage cheese see if you notice a difference x

Oh really! I certainly will thanks so much, I will give my stomach a couple of days rest from this, as really got stomach ache, and will retry on Wednesday with plain cottage cheese

My friend has think it’s called diverticula if it’s the same as you she also can’t have seeds etc, I’m don’t think I’ve got that, I’m going to keep a diary of what happens when I eat certain things, but must admit this has only just came on,thanks Lynne xxxx
