Do you need b12 or iron meds as a supplement?
Hi
Yes I agree with eekk, it might be a good idea to get your bloods done. Take care Lynne
Hi Chris
Sorry your feeling so tired which I've read is part and course of having cirrhosis and a fatty liver! Maybe it's time for another blood test to see if you may require B12 or iron as per Eekk and Lynne! Unfortunately I've not yet been diagnosed but do get the odd bouts of tiredness when my symptoms kick so I do understand how your feeling. Rest is the best thing as we all know but I do understand never everyones able to do it due to pain or commitment etc.
Please take care and speak with your GP
Love Trish

Hi my wife was always tired bloods were all over the place and no support from hospital diagnosed with end stage liver disease. she was unable to walk very far but she changed her diet, no meat no dairy basically a plant based diet lots of fresh juices and filtered water with certain vitamins 9 months on she as normal bloods not tired anymore most of back pain gone and can easily do 17000 plus steps in day but on average she does 10000 plus per day, we have purchased a sauna infrared she as 2 per day and we also purchased PEMF magnetic therapy mat and that as taken most pain away she uses mat 4 times a day and she as 2 fibro scans within 6 months 1st reading was 51Kpa which is not good but recently reading was 22.3 Kpa so all going in right direction, this as been a lot of hard work on my wife’s part, before she was diagnosed she was always tired put it down to life and getting a bit older ie 57 years of age but who knows if she would have gone to doctors a lot earlier then they may have picked up things a lot quicker and she may not have liver cirrhosis, but through all this we are both positive that she will heal herself, we have lost all faith with hospital services and very disappointed with lack of support, so I would say don’t wait for specialists do research yourself and you can improve things, your mind is a powerful tool so keep positive and best of luck
Hi mate. Felt exactly the same almost to the point of absolute fatigue. Eventually got my G P to test for everything. Found out I was/am severely anaemic. I am now on iron tablets (checked with my consultant, as iron tablets can be detrimental to the liver). Slowly feeling better but best of all the pain in my joints especially shoulders and knees seems to be easing. Good luck
