I was not sure how this site works, if you are in two or more groups, can each group see all your messages, or do you have to repeat yourself for each?

I'm not sure about repeating yourself, as I've never posted on another.

Reason being, after joining it to view Heart issues I noticed that my Liver profile appeared to be visible to those members and there appeared to be no option to add my Heart profile within that community. Unless I got it wrong, didn't work for me. ???
