Why Alt, Ast,and Bilirubin increases ?

My ultrasound is Normal. Hepatitis B,C,A Is Negative but why increase my alt ast and bilirubin?

I don't know, my enzymes went up the other month but have come down ,I've got to have more bloods done and an ultrasound scan as my consultant wants to check for pbc as I have the symptoms for it. Take care Lynne
