Hi
I'm so pleased for you both. It must be a huge relief. Always here if you need me. Love and hugs Lynne xxxx
What wonderful news. I'm sincerely so happy for you both. And so now a new chapter begins s d I hope that it's full of good health and happiness. If there s few bumps along the way then they are just bumps. Your husband will be in the care of a great and skeed team that will ensure that he receives the best possible care. Carers and such are often forgotten and I do hope that you are receiving the live and support that you need and deserve. x
Wonderful news. I was in your position 2016. Mixed emotions about partner & donor. Things do improve with time & if our Hubby is anything like my other half then he will live life to the full in honour of the wonderful donor family. Wishing you all the best. xx
That's great news. Hope all goes smoothly for you both now. Wishing you all the very best for a wonderful future. Alf
Thank you

Brilliant news so pleased for you and your husband.
If you wouldn't mind how long was you waiting on the transplant list and how long did it take to actually be put on the transplant list?
My dad has been having assessments since September last year and still not on the list I can't help but feel time is running out
Hi Clbx
Have they been formal Assessment days at the Hospital? If so you often get told at the end of the last day. I got told I had to have more tests which took another 4 months. I was 64 when I had TP - others have been older. You really need to ask your Consultant what is happening.
Good luck
Miles
