I too have a teddy who sleeps on my side of the bed! His name's Scruffy who I tell all my secrets too! 🤗🤗🤗 my daughter brought him for me about 15 years ago when I mentioned that I'd never had a teddy bear! Ahhhhhhh
Whoops ! Scruffy's 26 years old as I was given him before hubby! He's seen me at my worst and knows an awful lot!😂😂😂! Lucky teddys had lots of cuddles ........

Hi Miles, had a bit of a setback, not liver related, which has unfortunately had a really bad effect on me. As a result I have stopped exercising and healthy eating well, not going so well, put a stone on and gutted. Trying to get back on track but really struggling, feel like a total failure. Thank you for asking after me 😀

Oh deary me..... it is not surprising that you have stopped your exercising and healthy eating if you have had bad news of a setback. It’s just what happens sometimes psychologically - very very unfortunately 👎🏻. Hark at me - you know I know nothing medically but I can from a little experience sort of relate to your issues........
On the plus side I have read your other very recent postings on here and it’s great to see you still have your SOH! 👍. Yeah man 👍. (Oops my West Indian speak just breaking through there - was talking to a Jamaican yesterday and was struggling like hell to bring my Bajan back - so I’m not sure he believed me ☹️ when I said I had lived over there for a long time 😁). Anyway enough rambling. I always ramble when I’m a bit lost for words as to how to cheer someone up - like you 😁. Anyway if you must eat almond Magnums I hope you enjoyed it/them! I’m into salted caramel ones these days - they’re yummy but they are almost always sold out when I go to buy so it’s ofter Minty ones instead 😁. They’re one of my little treats along with a handful of the grandchildren’s sweets that I tuck into my trouser pocket on the way to bed. I’m getting away with it so far but the sweetie tub is nearly empty... hey ho I will be in trouble for definite in a few days time when you know who finds out 😁.

Yesterday and the day before I biked 21 kilometers, 100 chest presses, 20 minutes floor exercises and walked 5 miles with the dog!,
Today I'm increasing my kilometers to maybe 25 to 30 with 100 leg presses too!,
Easter Egg has already been in the fridge since March so it can stay there a bit longer ,
I'm glad those two naughty lads Alf and Miles dont live close by 😅😅😅😅

I'm not sure if it's your general health that's made you feel so rubbish or things going on in your life! The weight gain is nothing as this can soon come off again when your feeling a bit better.
