I'll arrange a date for the Dive when I get home from the gym and keep you all updated!
Does anyone fancy a trip to Whitchurch in Shropshire to watch me jump???????
Whilst at the docs I was given another medical due to my further re occurring symptoms with I've been noting on a chart for the last 2 months, I gave this over to GP, he then confirmed that my latest blood test revealed that my GGT had improved dramatically from regular 148 to 150 monthly readings to 59! The lowest it had ever been! My blood pressure was 106/68 BMI 26 with clothes on! Weight 10s 9lbs from 13.7lb. Height 5 foot 3 and a bit!!!! I've shrunk from 5.4πππ I dislike being a shorty π
Anyway GP has requested further in depth blood tests which are to be taken before seeing the consultant in September to see if they can highlight what's exactly going on!
GP well impressed with my healthy eating and definately my fitness programme! πππ. I did ask whether the healthy eating was the cause for lowering my GGT's, but he wouldnt comment until all the bloods have returned! π
Oh well my lovely friends, keep smiling, eating healthy (EH) No ' D word' allowed in correspondence to meπππ
Rock Chick's going to spend a few hours reading Guitar Cord booklet after gym. This afternoon birthday tea dinner treat at a lovely country stately home with hubby ππππ
Well done you! Well done for deciding to do a jump - rather you than me. Also a massive well done for a fantastic weight loss. You are amazing. I hope the drs get to the bottom of the symptoms youβre suffering.
GREAT news Trish, Your on the up and up. and then down and down πππ€£π€£. Your results are good, but I could never get near your BMI level. I don't think this test takes account of peoples build types. I know a lot of professional Rugby players would be in the obese category. I have a friend , 6' tall built like a bean pole, with BMI of 23. If he stands side on, you can't see himπ€£π€£π€£. Carrying on the spooky theme, Annie is a petite 5'1" ( when she was a Matron, she was called "the wee tartan terror"ππ by colleagues), and was given a champagne high tea for 2 at Cliveden (National Trust) Git Box looks great, and the chord book πππ, you'll be rocking soon.
The Wee Tartan Terror comment almost made me pee my pants ! Loved it! π!
I've just found out one of my oldest friends Sue plays the guitar !! Lol! I'm waiting her reply as shes on hols to help me with kearning the three cords ππππ! So watch this space !!! My BM1 should be 18 to 23 ! This was confirmed this morning from an electronic medical printout ! Oh well I'll just carry on with the eating healthy π
Trish. a very happy birthday to you πΈπΈππππ, and hope you enjoy your meal with Hubby.Great that you have a guitar playing friend, I feel duets coming on ππ
A doctor, not satisfied with the accuracy of the existing formula, made his own, which is supposed to take account of people's build , at last hope for us biggun's ππ
Just leaving for naughty tummy refills π π π
My fingers are crossed my friend has time to assist with the odd cord lesson as shes a busy business friend. I will still persist alone in the meantime ! πππ.
Yes on BMI as they presume our frames are all similar which there not!'I suppose it's only a guideline anyway!
Cheers for lovely birthday wishesπππ! Love em !
Wow brave lady, I donβt live close enough to come watch, Iβll happily sponsor you though. And great news on your GGT, healthy eating seems to agree with you, any tips for cutting out sugar and the cravings would be more than welcome. Having PBC myself have they tested you for AMA M2 and ANA antibodies, it seems your still in limbo from your posts, anyway enough of that for now, enjoy your results and your birthday celebrations π₯³
Cheers for birthday message and sponsorship! Will let you know link when sorted!
My AMA was high at a few points but everything has improved.
I replaced my sugar cravings by eating foods that were spicy! Dipping in carrots into Chilli dip! I love chicken breast covered with spicies which I dip into 0 per cent mint yogurt! Chilli humous dip with cucumber sticks is nice too!
Lots of chicken always filled me up! I kept small grilled pieces in the fridge for the occasional nibble with spicy dip!
I do still like Aldi chilli chocolate treat from the fridge ! ππ
Grilled fish with a dip , salad and cus cous! You must always add flavour to all meals !!! Not sugar! Avoid fizzy drinks! Avoid squashes too as most have sugar!
I do like a slice of multi grain toast for breakfast topped with avocado, poached or boiled eggs, rocket and possibly grilled no fat bacon! Topped with a little salad cream Tom's and pepper which I love. No salt !!! I adore salad cream on grilled bacon with pepper πππ! Yep I know it's bad but that's my treat and it works for me!
Curries made with low fat yogurts are good too!
Well good luck and please keep.me updated.
Remember carbs turn into sugar, pasta rice and potatoes which I only eat in small amounts now and then !
Bye for now!
Love Rock Chick xxx
