If my specialist blood tests come back normal.. I think there might be a possibility that it might not be the liver itself causing me problems... I didn't know much about Lyme Disease until now.. but it makes sense really.. I used to walk a lot off the track sorta speak in very dense woodland areas wearing shorts/tshirt in knee/chest high foliage With high populations of deer.. (ticks) The symptoms of Lyme can also increase ammonia levels in the blood aswell as cause an increase in Liver Enzymes.. every symptom I have is that of Lymes too.. maybe makes sense why all other tests are coming back OK? Clear X-rays, Ultrasound, Firbroscan etc. I got a review appointment at GP on 4th April so I will mention this to them and get checked for it just incase? I could be wrong about this but surely it's worth looking into!

Hi ktan49, like i mentioned before, i strongly recomend a request for an ELF blood test. Apparently they are very clear and if that's clear than its highly unlikely that you have Fibrosis/cirrhosis.
