I am Scared. What stage am I with - AST192 / ALT103 / GGTP515.
Can't find it anywhere. Will I ever be able to recover back. Or trouble my family.

Blood tests alone tell you nothing, you need some follow up and perhaps a scan to look at the physical state of your liver. You need to discuss these results with your doctor to establish why they are elevated - the raised ALT, AST suggest your liver is currently a little inflamed.
Are you a drinker? If so that is the first thing you need to tackle. If not then your medical team need to investigate what might be causing your liver to grumble.
The liver is a very resilient organ and providing the cause of the inflammation is addressed it should reverse any damage and certainly hopefully prevent any worsening.
Seek the advice of your own medical team.

Hi Cooki90,
If possible, could a family member go to your doctor's appointment with you?
I take a small notebook with me to my husband's and my doctor appointments - any questions I have and what the doctor says goes into the notebook along with any changes in medications.
Best wishes,
Mary
Hi Cooki90
Great advice here from the forum members. It is important to discuss these results with your own doctor as they would be best placed to interpret them and investigate their cause.
You may find our updated publication 'Liver disease tests explained' useful to read prior to your doctors appointment;
