Amazing! Well done
Thatโs brilliant, keep up the good work!
Well done. But just a word of warning because I fell into the trap of doing too much too soon and now have two incisional hernias that need sorting. Just make sure you donโt over do it. ๐
Itโs me donโt go for a walk nearly 5 months to post transplant so now I just order treadmill to compete you ๐ฑ
You sound like my daughter! Was it from Father Christmas?
It was a post transplant gift! Hope that your daughter enjoys hers ๐๐ผ๐
Actually itโs good for me too. Anxious to keep up her step count she happily walks into town to buy bread etc. In the past there wouldโve been NO WAY ๐
Thatโs great! I find it a great suppor as I never look during the day but I do every night and it almost like Iโve earned s gold star I. My way to being on the path to a full, well as close as, recovery. Iโm also a โgadget (child!) individual!
Poo you meanie! I canโt get up stairs in a way that it can be registered โน๏ธ And my steps target is 4500 - and Iโm ecstatic when I do that ๐๐. 4 months ex.

Oh I don't know. Snooker, darts, ten pin bowling are all options. You could even enter the high jump! ๐๐๐
Wow that's fantastic credit to you
