Laughter is a good medicine and a lot of peopleβs way of coping. If you put a smile on just one persons face who wouldnt have otherwise had anything to smile about that day then it is a good thing.
Yes there is a time to be serious on here because people are desperately ill or sad because theyβre still in shock about their condition and thatβs understandable. I feel everybody is on this site with good intentions and has something positive to bring. Some people have and wealth of knowledge that helps people a lot but Lisa has an upbeat feel good attitude that comes across and thatβs a good thing too. And as for two smiles....pink
Omg thank you so much for saying that xx it really means a lot β€ xx
Yes laughter gets me through bad or sad times & there's been quite a lot of them xx
I hope I never came across as being flippant about people's illnesses....I've been there I understand the pain, the hurt, the confusion xx maybe it's my tears of clown ha ha π
Thank you again lovely you really put a smile on my face π
Take care xx
Love Lisa πX
Oooh yes I agree smiley should go with the pink .....always! ha ha xx
Morning funny lady! Off to Kings for my fortnightly post transplant clinic π. Hopefully my Adagraf will be reduced today (immune suppressant). Gym and then yoga! Have a good βen. x
The difference between here and Facebook is that everyone on here has been through something similar. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but remember people cope with things in different ways. I myself like the lighthearted posts as much as everything else. If itβs not your thing just scroll past.
Thank you lovely xx I tottaly agree π just because I smile through my pain, post silly emoticons & my recovery doggy (which apparently is a real thing ....who knew x) doesnt mean im trivializing my illness or anyone elses xx
Cheers honey that means a lot xx
You take care xx
Lisa π xx
In what way? Are you getting messages on here saying somone has logged into your account in John OβGroats and was it you? If it was you ignore. If it wasnβt tough luck you canβt do diddly sqwat about it.
Personally I canβt live without Facebook. 24/7/365 me.
