Im stage 4 cirrohsis, just diagnosed 3 years ago, the past 6 months things have gotten very crazy, i keep getting weird infections, any infections, i am not jaundice or no varicies, can one be decompensated or end stage without the standard symptoms?

Poor you I’m stage 4 too and I get spots and fungal infection and mouth ulcers and I sometimes put it down to my diabetes but they say try not to get infection, so maybe we find it hard to fight these things now
