Hiya all you fabulousss people down my phone 👋👋👋👋

As my new motto is "in for a penny......" I've plucked up the courage to post my then (liver damage) 😢 & now (sober,fitter,better,back to fabulous) 💪pic xx

I haven't deleted it to remind me what Mr vino did to me (the b*st*rd 👊lol)

Talk about denial (and not the river ha) I remember Drs asking "is the round face normal for you" i couldn't see it, I couldn't see what they was seeing (I just thought they was calling me fat ha)

I'd like to show young girls/boys what drinking to excess can do to you!! I never drank on the park bench or out of a brown paper bag, I never even drank spirits or mixed my drinks ....just him! Mr vino 😡

The guide dogs post?? Yes it's true (although I don't think everyone knows about it) there's a real thing called a recovery pet, recovery from any illness xx

It can be any pet ...a dog,cat,fish,bird,alligator ha whatever you want x

It is supposed to aid in your recovery,maybe it's a new focus on life?? I know I saved my snoop but he saved me too 😍

If I'm honest ....I'm scared!! I think it's just that I've never had a fibroscan before & the doubt is always there (I'm a Libra always waiting for bad news)
