Hi

I went on stem cell trial about 4 years ago, my stats improved and I was off the transplant list for about 2 years.

I did not feel any better really but some of the symptoms lessened.

I was then put back on the list, but the for problem with the portal vein which is difficult to know what effect the stem cells had.

It was a painless process but took 3 days to do a boring sitting and waiting for blood to be removed and replaced.

The overall results of others, I was never told as it was a trial, sorry cannot be more help.
