2 years ago found out that had liver cirrhosis and Hep C plus many other problems took meds and changed diet to 10 carbs or less a day and get regular bleedings for Iron over load was told Hep C was cured after 1 year after treatment still follow diet today had a test to get a liver score a little nerves but have been leading a very healthy life style.

All of us ( think) get worried about blood tests resilts. But if you try and think positively whatever happens at least youre beiing looked after.

Please try not to worry about your results. Your lifestyle changes could have made a huge difference. I have never heard of a diet so extreme and I'm in awe of the 10 carbs or less.

If I was on 10 carbs a day I dread to think what year I'm up to. I take in more than that just walking past food 😂😂

Let us know how you get on ( this is a very supportive group), obviously not breaking the rule about not sharing actual results.

I have liver Cirrhosis also, I did The Harvoni for the Hep C and everything cleared except the liver which will not clear. I have terrible insomnia and wonder if anyone with liver disease have this problem. Keep up the good diet.
