Inflammation of the liver scare

I also am having that right side pain that sometimes feel like it has moved to the centre but still up to the diaphragm, pain stay mostly where liver is but it not a severe pain. Saw a DR who did a sonor and he said there is some inflammation of the liver. He gave me treatment for my pain and he also gave me something for stomuch ulcer. Is there a chance that those two " inflammation of the liver and stomuch ulcers relate? " I also get chest and right shoulder pain. How bad are things if I am being told my liver is inflamed? I am not a heavy drinker but i use to drink a glass of red wine every nite for a long time because of my insomnia but I had stopped long before these news. Another suspicion for me are over the counter pills. I use to self medicate a lot, i took diet pills, always took something for my sinuses, every time I go to DR I would ask for sleeping tabs for my Insomnia "for almost two decades now been suffering from this Insomnia " and some headache tablets...so i think maybe all that was a bit too much. I am now afraid that all that could be the cause of my liver problems. Can inflammation of the liver be managed or am I dying?

I’m so sorry. Someone who knows more than me should reply soon. I also have insomnia and sinusitis and had knee surgery so was constantly taking meds for all those, then was told liver enzymes up. Now I take nothing for my allergies and no ibuprofen either. Take a small dose of Valium every other night so I can get a big of sleep. I’m so sad for you that they haven’t figured out what is wrong at this point, hang in there...
