I had extreme pain over my liver area for over a month. (I get pain daily but not like this) the pain was horrific. I had been vomiting bile and was unable to eat. My liver felt like it had swollen up. My heart rate was high. I couldn’t sleep or eat. I felt really ill and toxic. Then it gradually faded and now I’m left with small pains and feeling really run down and tierd. Liver blood tests all came back normal. A and E just sent me home. I can’t understand what this episode was. I felt unwell leading up to it and very brain foggy also.

Liver attack?
Did they investigate your gall bladder? This definitely sounds more gall bladder related. Have you had an ultrasound on the liver / gall bladder? Any mention of gall stones? You need some follow up here to check as this can be a major issue if not treated.
NHS page about gall stones might give you some pointers - nhs.uk/conditions/gallstones/
I would definitely ask doctor for some tests to check on your gall bladder and other abdominal organs.

Gal stone!
I’ve had all the scans for gallstones. I’ve had ultrasound, MRI and Hida and all were normal. I don’t have pain when I eat fatty foods either. The pain is always there. I’ve got darknesss around my eyes and spider veins on my back and chest. I’ve got a sensitivity to medication too. Every time I take painkillers I feel like I’m going to pass out. Starting to get pain on my left side also, which I think is my spleen
Have you been to see your GP - this definitely requires some more thorough investigation. If you got the all clear for gallstones and liver and spleen all appeared normal on MRI scan (which is the best of them all) this needs a specialist to investigate. Daily pain with the other symptoms you describe arn't normal at all.
Trip to GP I think with a list of your symptoms and request for follow up.
All the best and hope you get some help soon.

You should have your Dr refer you to a gastro...
