I don't know what to do anymore.

I've gotten to the point where I'm a bit fed up with my health. These last six months have been frustrating. I have had inflammation of my liver which lead to dark urine and pale stools for 4 months consistently not until these last two months everything went back to normal but I still get pain there, headaches, scalp numbness, stabbing pains, indigestion (which has slyly gotten better) iron deficiency, GERD, pelvic pains on and off (getting transvaginal ultrasound scan) and now something with my right urinary tract which is not a uti and heart palpatations weakness plus random things. I want to cry. I'm 22 and have just tried my hardest to do the best for my health but it's gotten to the point where I am more frustrated than before.

I've had one ultrasound scan of my liver, sigmoidoscopy (bleeding for over a year) a bunch of blood tests and urine tests and about 5 ECG tests (one 3 months ago-i wasn't concerned about my heart then and 4 this month all at a&e), h.pylori came back negative.

I don't know what's causing this. It almost feels like a domino effect like one problem after the next but so slow to get an answer for one of these, by the time I'm near an answer another problem comes.

This month has been the hardest because of odd diagnosis from A&E and my heart rate fluctuating going up and down and also blood pressure plus weakness and at times breathlesness. I want to go into detail but this would just become a whole book.

I am not trying to say this is the worst anyone has gone through; it's not. It's just difficult because I just want to know what is going on so I can get treatment and to be monitored.

I can't help but feel the heart palpatations and rhythm is because of the kidneys because of potassium and calcium. I had my potassium tested a couple of weeks ago and the receptionist said it was normal. But I have since been scared to eat too much potassium. My kidneys have randomly been checked via blood tests at A&E a couple of weeks ago...normal.

My heart rate has gotten lower compared to two weeks ago which was quite high randomly but now it is dropping every other day and my urine has become frothier. Not exercising at all.

Just a difficult time for me. I have not even gone into uni throughout all of this.

I have written on here too many times and 6 months in I still can't give no one on here advice as I am not knowledgable in any of this.

Sorry for the rant.

You must be feeling fed up I just hope that you can get a diagnosis soon. Being so young and feeling poorly must be awful.

It took the consultants over a year to diagnose what was wrong with me.. and I know it's worrying but I have just read through your posts and you seem to be all over the place you need to relax, you are waking up every day you some of your symptoms could be linked to anxiety which is understandable but you can't diagnose yourself so you have to put your trust in the doctors if it was anything serious and they were overly concerned you would have been in for a stay by now to investigate... All this worry you are putting yourself through could be for something so simple and if it is more serious then you are going to have to save your strength and fight it !! It is hard not knowing what it is but you will find out in time until then just pass on your concerns to doctors and let them worry and figure it out 😉

Hello thank you so much for this message. Sorry I am replying so late but I agree. A year is quite a long time to not have a diagnosis, that must've been difficult. I am very anxious about my health and it is really because at times things get bad and I don't know if it is serious or not as I am not updated on my health for example I do not know how damaged my kidneys are even though they just found protein in my urine this week so if i get odd urinary symptoms that worries me even more. But again it is true I am alive and living and should take my worries to the doctor more. Thank you for your advice it has helped alot.
