I'd consult with your doctor to see what they think. Your level is 3 to 4 times the upper limit of normal. At that point doctors will investigate why you have the elevation. Do you take any OTCs? Drink sugary drinks or overweight? Fatty Liver can cause an increase aswell as gallbladder issues like a gallstone. If this is the first time it's been high don't worry too much, but do have follow up labs to establish a trend. Many things can cause a spike, what matters is how long does it stay elevated for. As the result reveals that there is some inflammation going on with the liver. Your doctor will probably do more labs and an ultrasound.

Selenium is good for the liver. Eggs are a good source of choline. Beets are a liver super food. Very high in glutathione. Glutathione repairs liver damage.
