Anyone with HPS - Hepatopulmonary Syndrome?

Hi All

Just wondering if anyone has this complication of liver disease? Due to go for first LT consult shortly and would live to know more. Basically, I have cirrhosis, possible haemochromatosis and HPS, however, apart from being on LTOT (16 hours O2), I feel pretty good. No Dyspena (yet)!

Hi I have just joined the group, as having ongoing tests for suspected Hepatopulmonary Syndrome. I have abnormalities with blood vessels and reduced oxygen levels. I'm in the process of having checks done for liver disease. Not on LTOT - assessment showed my oxygen levels didn't increase significantly.

It's great that you still feel good. I only get breathless with physical activity but frequently suffer from times when I'm very tired. Hope your consult went well.
