Could this be hyperkalemia?

Over the last three weeks I have been having problems and pains in my right kidney but again hardly any tests.

The symptoms have changed so many times but it started off with pain in my right abdominal area and spread down to my pelvic area. They suspected appendicitis twice tester my urine no sign of anything including infection. A day later urinary frequency but my urine clear and normal that day they diagnosed me with a kidney infection. I was having more bowel pain on the right but now it is sometimes my back and mid right abdomen. I have sent urine to the lab twice no growth. I have no burning pain, smelly urine, just frequency and when I did have pain in my pelvic area it went alongside vaginal bleeding all they have found in my urine has been white blood cells. Now this week the frequency is less before i was going 8-11 times a day it is now 5-6

My gp is suspicious something else is causing this as it is pain without fever throwing or burning plus lab results show no growth and some days gotten better on its own. I also took trimethoprim twice which really didn't do much.

The worry is, since last week Wednesday I have started to experience weakness and also heart palpitations. I didn't think much of it cause I have had palpitations before but this is weird as it had been becoming more and more frequent. I have gone into A&E four times because of palpitations and irregular heart rhythm (the last two chest pains) they've tested kidney function also had an ecg always normal. My doctor tested my potaasium levels but I had not eaten any thing that morning and the day before couldn't eat so would that have affected the test?

Yesterday was quite a scary experience as I had been having stabbing pains in my chest and back...it went on for 30 minutes and then I started to get worried and called 111. Whilst I was talking to the call handler my arm had gone slightly numb it was difficult to hold things. They advised me to go to a&e by that time i had felt better. My blood pressure was better; it has beeen fluctuating all week. I have never had a problem with blood pressure before and at times it has been a 139/80. They checked my kidney function and liver and said it was normal and so was my heart and my iron levels also not bad.

I have been having problems all week with muscle twitch, breathlessness, palpitations and mainly fatigue and tiredness I have never felt like this even when my iron levels were low they weren't like this.

My worry is it is hyperkalemia as I have been having problems with my kidney since middle January it is scaring me and as the doctor has sussed it might be a partial blockage (urinary flow has changed too) maybe my kidneys are filtering my body but is being backed up? Could that cause? Tthis condition is about electrolyte inbalance and may that could be it? I also notice a couple of minutes after I eat I get the irregular heart rhythms.

I have also noticed standing makes my legs fatigued.
