Hello first post on here

I’m a 30 year old female 2 years ago was diagnosed with a stomach ulcer been referred to a specialist because it’s non healing even on very high quantities of PPI and renitidine they are considering surgery - I was referred to have an ultrasound to rule out ‘gallstone disease’ anyway yesterday on the ultrasound looks like I have some quite big problems with my gallbladder is this effecting the stomach by releasing the bile back into the stomach am I reading this right? The doctor doing the ultrasound didn’t give much further info just said ‘this changes everything’ and ‘they wouldn’t have been expecting this’ anyone had this? Any idea what I should do now? Any info/advice would be so helpful thanks
