Yes, that's true. Having fibromyalgia as well doesn't help matters!! Also collapsed arches in foot. Please take care. Lots of love Lynne xxxx

Hi

The belly and the tiredness are the pits. I have physical problems which make exercise difficult. My consultant was very understanding he said we can work together you lose weight and I will keep a watch on your liver. How I hated him. I found I could with a lot of portion control lose some weight. This actually has given, me most of the time, a bit more energy. At the moment I have a bad cold and I'm a rotten patient. Also although the tummy is there it has gone down. Mind you so has my bottom.

If it is of any help I found the nhs websites about portion sizes helpful. Scary but helpful. I have over a number of months lost nearly 1and 3/4 stones. I have gone from obese to nearly at the top end of my ideal weight bracket.

Good luck it is really hard so my thoughts are really with you. I used to class a balanced diet as a cake in each hand and one in the middle. I really have a very sweet tooth. Fortunately I wasn't bothered about chips although I did love a big cooked breakfast. I used to kid myself that all the veg with it made it healthy.
