Liver problems
You will find information about Gilbert's Syndrome at the British Liver Trust at:- britishlivertrust.org.uk/li...
You should really seek some advice from your own medical team - perhaps it is time you were seeing a liver specialist if your liver is showing signs of change due to the condition. As well as receiving scores for your fibroscan you should have received proper diagnostic feedback to tell you what the scores meant - as non-medical people we arn't qualified or allowed to offer any interpretation of your scores. You really need to discuss these with your own medical team.

I think Gilbert's syndrome is a condition that causes you to have an elevated level of bilirubin in your blood I think it's quite common and that wont kill you. Your spleen sounds like it is border line and at the upper limits of normal in men this is around 12.5cm and a little smaller than women. Your spleen increases and decreases in size as it stores and makes blood cells. People who do allot of physical activity tend to have larger spleens than people who don't exercise and the length of your spleen is also related to how tall and heavy you are. You should talk to a doctor about this it may be perfectly normal for you. I think your liver stiffness is a little higher than normal from what I have read normal is considered to be 6 Kpa or lower you should discuss it with a doctor it may be nothing to worry about.
