TBIL and IBIL Tests

1 Reply

Hi,

I had a medical examination recently, where in my lever tests, i found my TBIL was 28.8 umol/lit and IBIL 20.70 umol/ lit but DBIL is in normal range, and ALT, AST were in normal range. And all other tests were normal, were these highlevels are any significance to my health concern, what remedies shall i take to decrease those.

Thank you

Hi,

Welcome to the forum.

No one on the site is medically qualified to be specifically advising you regarding your test results.

You may find our publication 'Liver disease tests explained' useful to lok at;

However, we would suggest that you discuss these results with your own medical doctors who are best placed to accurately advise you,

Best wishes,
