when I had my gallstones 2 were lodged in my bile duct blocking bile flow - that did result in fatigue along with all sorts of other issues but I don't think they would if they are in inside the gall bladder

Hi Jazzanne, I had gallstones and I have never known pain like it .I was living in Thailand at the time and used to go to A&E for morphine shots , but no fatigue . Everyone's body is different but when I had the ultrasound in preparation for gall bladder removal it showed cirrhosis which did cause fatigue I am post TX now. I am not suggesting you have anything other than gallstones only that they can sometimes be a symptom of something else. Share your concerns with your doctor to put your mind at rest.
