Cramp
My hubby was getting cramps and learned it was probably due to mineral deficiencies so started eating a banana a day for additional potassium and some people swear by drinking a small quantity of tonic water each day for the quinine content. If that doesn't sort things out you should see your doctor.

Hi Katie, I eat a banana a day and drink slimline tonic but I still get them. The doctor told me to do this...I guess I'll have to stick to stretching them out!
I had cramp in the months following transplant but requests for help met with little advice. Hopping round and swearing was the best I managed.
Calcium and magnesium. Both my husband and I use with great results!
Not sure what your underlying health problem is but I had PSC followed by a transpIant. I too have had cramp. Mostly at night and mostly affecting just the one leg. Also had cramp in my hand and other symptoms (night sweats) . Following medical intervention to treat what turned out to be another but connected problem, the symptoms have gone away. No doctor has told me that the treatment for the second condition would cure the cramp but it seems obvious to me as the second condition involved the restriction of a major vein. It is important in my view that you try and get a diagnosis for the cramp.
Keep eating the banana , and Mherbie I agree. I take a supplement of Magenesium , Calc , and Zinc . Never have it now , nor the stiffness and arthritis like aches.
Please check potassium level. If it's raised then bananas are to be avoided at all costs. Many foods contain potassium so check it out.
I also give a chilled glass of tonic water with ice and a twist of lemon. Almost a cocktail!
Hope this helps
Yes Magnesium Calcium with zinc 3x daily works for me. Remember when taking any type of vitamin take at least two hours after medication and before you eat. This way the vitamin dissolves a lot easier and you don't have the pharmaceutical medication counteracting it! I have all those type of cramps and their horrific. I also have my myoclonus with jerks so between the two of them I'm constantly yelling in the middle the night as it wakes me up!!! My pancreas just finally shut down so now I'm on insulin injection for times a day two different kinds I live is a mess I'm in so much pain as I also have asked you and I'm blind so I keep banging into things and breaking toes. I know I have to go through Nasal tube test for two days attached to a computer which I gather some out why I'm not being able to swallow even water without it popping back up. Question for anybody?? Has anyone have one of those NY Tubes inserted before? I don't do well with Tubes going down my mouth, is ( gastrointestinal testing) and I'm really a little nervous. My platelets are usually very low and I continually vomit as my specialist told me in the past to Gastro testings that done. If someone can give me some tips at really appreciate it ❣️🇨🇦🦋
