Hi there, since you are not asking for any advice I feel really reluctant to give you any, but I am going to just the same. Firstly although you are untrusting of the pharmaceutical companies I wouldn't put it in front of getting the virus cleared. You say that you have had the virus for 35 years!!, have you been getting your liver checked over the years? as my liver became cirrhosed after 30 years. I know that the decision is yours to make but I would have a good rethink about trying to eliminate the virus especially now that the treatment is tablets for 12 weeks. Wishing you the best Ianx

I'm under consultant at Plymouth

All recent tests, touch wood, have come back good

No symptoms

I've read too much on Hep C forums about numerous people incapacitated after Harvoni etc and wished they'd never touched them

Also great to read,of course,of those who've been cured/cleared
