Phone call from St James's Hospital.

Taken a call this morning from St James's Hospital, Leeds. Husband been given an appointment for tomorrow at the Bexley Wing.

That's where we go. Do you know what the appointment is for ?

Along with the NASH recently had tests for a HCC. Mri test suggested cancer, so a ct scan taken. We've had no confirmation of any cancer from the ct scan, but this call from St James's this morning.

Any idea what the appointment is for? I see from the hospital map they have their CT and MRI scanners and x-ray department there - another scan perhaps? Or is it an outpatients appointment to discuss results? Outpatients is in Bexley Wing too. Also endoscopy - cant imaging they want to do one of those. Is it St James where he has been attending for tests so far?

Hi, we've never been to St. James's before. A Registrar has phoned and told Mike they do think he has a HCC. Going to Leeds to see if they want to treat the cancer (if it is a complex case), or whether it can be treated here in Blackpool. Some talk of a resection but don't know if that will be the treatment at this stage.
