No its separate.  Liver function test will measure the  ALT (and sometimes the AST) levels - which indicate the degree of inflammation - plus bilirubin and albumin.

The IgG is part of the immunoglobulin series of IgG, IgA and IgM.  Immunoglobulins are antibodies and act as part of the body's immune response against viruses and bacterial infections.

With AIH only the IgG is raised.
